Fees: The self-pay rate is $140 for a 40-50 minute session. 

Insurance: Leah accepts most forms of MassHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health New England, and Optum/UBH.

Cancellation policy: Leah kindly requests 24 hours notice of cancellation. Appointments cancelled without proper notice, including missed or "no-show" appointments, will generate a $140 self-pay session charge.

Methods of payment: Leah accepts cash and personal checks. All payments are due at the time of service.

Barriers to access: If you feel your child needs services, please reach out regardless of insurance or ability to pay. Leah offers sliding scale rates when needed. Leah's office is fully handicapped accessible.
